THE SWANSTORY
narrator opens up about a "past" relationship in this flagrant account of modern life as an unsung artist in new york city.
about this work
"i create tactile things. sometimes the process is for love of craft, sometimes it's out of necessity and budget restrictions but the ultimate goal of much of my work is joy or a lesson needed in our steps towards it. jeff koons, on the other hand, doesn't do the labor of anything he creates and he's considered the most commercially successful artist in the world but the purpose of his art is the same as mine... so even though our approaches and status are as different as cats and dogs, we're really just domestics (in service of the cause)" - joee irwin
dear jeff koons, hi ily
